Standard shipping takes 3-8 business days.  
All Orders placed by 11AM EST ship within one business day.

Free shipping is based on retail merchandise and pricing only.  Price excludes tax and other charges. 

Once an order is placed, items cannot be added to your order.  A new order must be placed.  

We reserve the right to cancel the free shipping at any time.

Payment Terms

All Credit Card payments are processed through authorize.net, which is a secure payment gateway.  Your card will be charged the full amount at checkout plus any applicable shipping charges.  

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.  All charges are made in USD.   Credit cards must have a valid billing address within the United States.  

Rainstoppers.com also accepts Credit Card Gift Cards. In order to use a credit card gift card you must first register the card with the appropriate card provider. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards.  We do not accept unregistered cards.


RainStoppers™ Umbrellas are manufactured to the highest standards using high quality components. In the unfortunate event your umbrella should break due to a rare manufacturing defect, we will be happy to replace the umbrella with the same style (or similar style umbrella if that style is no longer available). This does not include normal wear and tear, misuse, accident, or improper care. 

We will fix or replace any umbrella with a manufacturing defect once it has been returned to us prepaid.  

To file a warranty claim, please call 1-800-331-3152 to speak with a member of our team. 

Changes and Cancellations

Once your order is submitted it cannot be changed or cancelled.  We do accept returns within 30 days of order date for a refund or credit. 


We will fix or replace any umbrella with a manufacturing default once it has been returned to us prepaid.  

Proof of Purchase is required for returns. A receipt from the retailer or rainstoppers.com showing the item number and color are required to process a return.

Personalized or custom umbrella orders cannot be returned, except for those items with a manufacturers defect.
